As Reno’s first and only mobile sim racing experience, our mission is simple: deliver competitive, immersive racing anywhere — without requiring a track, trailer, or driving experience.
booking & policies
how far in advance should i book?
Ideally two weeks in advance, though last-minute bookings may be available.
are there travel fees?
No fees within Reno/Sparks but there is a $0.25 per mile charge outside that area.
is there a cancellation fee?
Receive a 100% refund if canceled more than 48 hours before the event. No refunds within 24 hours of the event.

Is there an age requirement?
16+. Participants under 18 require a parent or guardian waiver.
can drivers rotate?
Yes. Drivers rotate after each race session.
setup & Space requirements
how much space is required?
Each simulator requires a 6' x 6' space.
How long does setup and teardown take?
Approximately 20 minutes per simulator.
Can the event be indoors and outdoors?
Both are possible, weather permitting. Let us know in advance for outdoor events.
Hosting & operations
What does the race day coordinator do?
The coordinator sets up all simulators, ensures participants understand rules, adjusts rigs for drivers, advances race sessions, updates standings, and keeps the event running smoothly.
Is a host required?
No. For private rentals, we can set up and leave you to race independently.
Are participants guided on how to race?
Yes. Private rentals receive detailed instruction. Tournament events are streamlined for quick participation. We also provide how-to videos in advance.
